A Line in the Sand

On Iran:

"It is not just that its President says crazy things about the Holocaust. It is that he is a fervent believer in the imminent reappearance of the 12th Imam, Shi'ism's version of the Messiah. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been reported as saying in official meetings that the end of history is only two or three years away."

It's not just a U.S. problem, it's a world problem. Read it. It's a persuasive rundown of the reasons why the world needs to present a unified front against the Iranians and their nuclear program.

The Iranian president is wrong about a lot of things. But, in my opinion, he is right about the Imam Mahdi (the 12th Imam). He is referring to the World Teacher, Maitreya, here. Church superstition refers to Maitreya as “Christ”. And Hindus call him Krishna.

The Mayan calendar ends on the 21st December 2012. This is not so much the end of the world as the beginning of two new worlds: one on the third dimension and one on the fourth dimension. The Last Division, one might say.
